Represented here are some of the family trees
of the royal houses of Middle-earth, as well as the lineage of some of the most
important characters in The Lord of the Rings and the Silmarillion. These
easy-to-use charts should help you get to grips with the family relationships
among some of the royal families, which many readers find confusing. The first
three tables come from the Appendices of the LOTR.
